What is the range of Kio lenses?

To see the whole range of lenses available under Kio tariff, please visit our ‘lenses’ department on this site and click ‘single vision’ or ‘progressive’. You will be presented with the whole range of Kio lenses, and their prices, according to the chosen frame.

Do you have an end-of-year rebate on Kio purchases?

Yes, we offer an end-of-year rebate on your Kio purchases, according to the Total Turnover (TT) for each store

This rebate cannot be combined with any other rebate or promotion

Is it possible to obtain tinted lenses?

Yes, we have a very successful range of colours, plain, with gradients and double gradients.

My client has broken a lens, what should I do?

Not to worry…You can always order a new lens and insert it in the frame yourself

Is it possible to obtain a frame without the lenses?

Yes, it is possible. Moreover, our frame prices are very competitive, and include the usual Essor service and guarantee.

Will you insert lenses in a frame bought elsewhere?

No, at the moment, we insert lenses in Kio frames exclusively.

What are the stock grids?

The stock availability can be found on the stock grids. These indicate the availability of each correction, for any chosen lens. Please click on the Kio lens you want, to discover the availability grid.

Do you provide Recommended Retail Prices?

No, we prefer allowing each retailer to choose the prices that suit him best. We have noticed that prices vary enormously in different stores.


When do I get a rebate for the second frame?

As soon as you purchase a pair of single vision or progressive HMC (except for Generic) lenses, or a Kio pair of lenses. A first single vision pair entitles you to a single vision pair at a preferential price. A first progressive pair entitles to a second pair of your choice.

What is the cost of dispatching?

The dispatch cost for the Kio range is the same as for the lenses. All the orders made on the same day are entered in the same dispatch price.

Do you have a Free Delivery facility?

Yes, of course. As for our lenses, there is Free Delivery for all purchases over €900 per month, all products combined. This refers to deliveries in French territories (France métropolitaine) only. Please contact us for details about delivery costs abroad.

What are the payment schedules?

The payment schedule for the Kio range is the same as for our other services, bearing in mind that the display frames are invoiced only after three months.

What about new products?

You can decide to get new products automatically, knowing that you still have three months to decide if to keep them or not.

What is the policy about ophthalmologic errors?

In the boundaries of 2%, ophthalmologic errors stay free (as our workshops are responsible for the grinding anyway). However, in this case, you will be responsible for inserting the lenses in the frame.

What happens if the assembling is faulty?

We encounter very few assembling errors and can therefore afford to promise to re-fit any faulty insertion. Please call us for terms and conditions.

Can you modify forms or colours of Kio range?

This service is not available at the moment. It exists of course in all other ranges of non-inserted Essor lenses.
